Yoga has been a part of Taylor’s life for almost a decade now. It wasn’t until 2013 that she decided to take a 300hr YTT in Kelowna, which turned out to be the best decision she ever made. She has been teaching regularly for 3.5 years; for her, teaching yoga has become such a natural process in life. Practicing and teaching are two very important things in Taylor’s life; although she believes they are two different entities, without them both she would be lost. She teaches mainly Vinyasa style classes with her own little twists. During your practices with Taylor you can expect to experience strength within your body, calmness within your mind and a sense of lightness within your heart. Giving her students the opportunity to connect their mind, body and spirit will push them to their highest limits and greatest amount of gratitude for themselves and fellow yogis.
